  • You remain responsible for horse welfare, rider safety, instructor competence, and compliance with local riding standards.
  • Operational decisions must follow your own policies and the rules that apply in your jurisdiction.
Payments and billing
  • Fees, subscription plans, taxes, and payment handling may differ by region.
  • You authorize us and our payment providers to process charges for the services you select.
  • Failed payments may result in feature restrictions, suspension, or account closure after notice where required.
Acceptable use
  • Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
  • Do not use the platform in a way that violates animal welfare, safeguarding, privacy, or consumer protection obligations.
Global availability and local law
  • The service is designed for horse riding schools in the UK, Australia, the Netherlands, the United States, and other supported countries.
  • Local law may impose additional obligations on you, including record keeping, tax treatment, privacy notices, and consent requirements.
  • Where local law requires a different treatment, that law controls to the extent of the conflict.
